Single Flashing Beacon School Zone System (Poles Sold Separately)
Our School Zone Flashing Beacon Systems are setting the standards in the industry. The existing flashing beacon systems have been standard for years and drivers have become accustomed to these beacons and basically forget they are there. With our new design you have the beacon system enhanced with the actual sign flashing in series with the beacon. The bright yellow LED light of the beacon and the bright white LED lights on the actual sign face quickly grab the attention of distracted drivers in day or night conditions. If you prefer you can also choose a standard (Non-Flashing) school speed limit when flashing sign.
We offer standard 7 day or deluxe school zone timer with optional software, so you are always in control of the flash periods. Pole Systems are available. If you have an existing system in place that needs to be updated, we can pre-assemble the components to help simplify the installation. Options listed are just a small idea of the capabilities of these flashing systems. Even wireless activation control with a handheld key fob is an available option. Timers:
- Standard Timer – Timer allows multiple times of day to be set for the sign to run. Example – the sign timed to turn on at 8:00am-10:00am and again at 8:00pm-10:00pm
7 days a week. - Deluxe School Zone Timer – Timer allows multiple times of day to be set for the sign to run. It also can be programmed to have specific days that the sign will not turn on. Example- weekends, holidays, institutes days, summer break. You can program the school calendar into the timer.
