Order Cancellation Policy

There is a 3% Cancellation Fee for any order canceled that was paid for by credit card.

Cancellation of custom signs will be charged a 25% Re-stocking Fee, along with the 3% Cancellation Fee if paid for by credit card.

Return Policy

Solar Traffic Systems, Inc. is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, please reach out to us.

  • We have a 30-day limited return policy.
  • You must contact customer service for return authorization (331) 318-8500.
  • Item(s) must ship back according to Solar Traffic Systems, Inc. specifications (please call (331) 318-8513 for specific instructions).
  • Returned items are shipped back with the customer providing shipping costs.
  • All returned items must be insured just as they are when they are shipped out.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • 30% Re-stocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear (sign face sheeting scratched). Excess wear and abuse will be charged accordingly to bring product back to new condition for resale.
  • Signs are not UL Certified

Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped via FedEx Ground / UPS Ground /common carrier. If you place an order and would like it put directly on your FedEx / UPS account, please specify that information to us in the order via phone or email at corporate@ustrafficsystems.com.

By choosing to use your own shipping account, you will be responsible for the full amount of shipping costs and you will also be charged $35.00 USD for packaging and handling. With every order you are given a tracking number.

We offer FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the continental USA. All items will be shipped insured unless otherwise specified. This also applies to returns. Insurance fully provided by customer returning the item(s).

The receiver is responsible for inspecting all deliveries. Before signing for any delivery, be sure to inspect the packages or pallets for any damage that may have occurred during transport. If you receive a damaged product in shipment, please call us at 331-318-8500 within 48 hours. When signing for your shipment, make sure to notate the damage with your signature. Otherwise, legally, by applying your signature without “damage” or “uninspected”, you are signing a document stating that you have inspected the item in good condition and any later claim with the freight company must be filed by you as we have no recourse.

Solar Traffic Systems, Inc and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, if you suspect you have a missing item the receiving customer has 21 days from ship date to notify customer service. You can reach our customer service team at 331-318-8500.
