Flashing School Zone Crossing Sign
Our Illuminated Flashing School Zone Crossing sign (S1-1) conforms to the specifications of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) set forth in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Our new thin design comes with a cabinet that houses the battery, wiring and circuit board. This allows for easy battery replacement when needed. The sign is less bulky and easy to install. Using our innovative LED technology, the system employs a set of synchronized blinking, high-intensity LEDs. They increase the range of visibility of the sign during the day/night under all weather conditions. Furthermore, the LEDs are flashing, which increases driver awareness of the sign. Please refer to your local, state and federal regulations regarding the proper sign size. Proper sign sizing increases the safety benefit. Our LED signs are proudly made in the U.S.A.

Push Buttons:
- Confirmation Push Button – Polara Bulldog 3 push button has flashing LED and audible beep feedback.
- Deluxe Confirmation Push Button – Polara Bulldog 3 push button has flashing LED and audible beep feedback. Comes with 9”x 12” R10-25 push button sign and frame.
Timers:
- Standard Timer – Timer allows multiple times of day to be set for the sign to run. Example – the sign timed to turn on at 8:00am-10:00am and again at 8:00pm-10:00pm
7 days a week. - Deluxe School Zone Timer – Timer allows multiple times of day to be set for the sign to run. It also can be programmed to have specific days that the sign will not turn on. Example- weekends, holidays, institutes days, summer break.
